Submission Terms & Image Use Policy

By submitting images, written material, or any other content (a "Submission") to 360ISM Publish and 360ISM® Company ("Publisher"), you ("Contributor") agree to the terms below. Please read them before you upload — they explain what you keep, what you allow us to do, and what you're promising us.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit. Every identifiable person appearing in a Submission must also be at least 18 years old. We do not accept and will not publish any depiction of a minor.

2. Ownership & your promises

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole copyright owner of the Submission, or you are fully authorized to grant the license below on the owner's behalf;
• The Submission is original and does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right of any third party;
• You hold a valid, signed model or property release for every person and, where applicable, private property or trademarked element appearing in the Submission; and
• The Submission contains no unlawful, defamatory, or sexually exploitative content and no depiction of any minor.

3. You keep your copyright

You retain full ownership of and copyright in your Submission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your work to the Publisher. You are free to use, license, and publish your work elsewhere at any time.

4. The license you grant

For any Submission the Publisher selects for publication, you grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and print the Submission in the selected magazine(s) — in print and digital/electronic editions — and to use the Submission and excerpts of it to advertise, promote, and market those issues and the publication across the Publisher's channels (including social media and newsstand promotion). This license begins when the Publisher notifies you of selection and continues for the life of the issue and its archival and promotional use.

5. Credit

The Publisher will make commercially reasonable efforts to credit you and the talent as provided in your Submission. An inadvertent failure or error in credit is not a breach of these terms, but the Publisher will correct it on request where practical.

6. No obligation & no payment

Submitting does not guarantee publication. The Publisher decides in its sole discretion whether, when, and how to publish. Unless the Publisher agrees otherwise in writing, Submissions are accepted on a non-paid editorial basis; any compensation, print copies, or feature terms will be confirmed separately in writing.

7. Editing

The Publisher may crop, resize, color-correct, and format Submissions for layout and print standards, and may pair your work with headlines, cover lines, and design elements. The Publisher will not materially alter the substance of your work without your consent.

8. Releases on request

You agree to provide copies of signed model or property releases within a reasonable time of the Publisher's request. The Publisher may decline or remove any Submission for which valid releases are not available.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher, 360ISM® Company, and its staff and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or from any content in your Submission.

10. Removal

The Publisher may decline, remove, or discontinue use of any Submission at any time. If you need work removed after publication for a rights reason, contact info@360ism.com; the Publisher will address print reprints and future editions but cannot recall copies already distributed.

11. Privacy

Information you provide is handled under our Privacy Policy and used to review your Submission and communicate with you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
