Who handles the payment processing?
You do — through your own Stripe or CCBill account, in your name. Money from your fans goes directly to you. 360ISM never sits between you and your income, and we never take a percentage.
We build the site to connect to your processor; you keep the account, the payouts, and the relationship with it.
What happens to my site if I stop working with 360ISM?
It is your site. Once it is built, you have the option to move it to your own hosting platform at any time.
One honest caveat: we cannot guarantee compatibility with other hosting services. Platforms differ, and some features may need adjusting on a new host. Nothing locks you in — but a move is a move.
What does the $599 portfolio site include?
A custom-designed portfolio built around your images, a booking inquiry form that goes straight to your inbox, mobile-ready layout, your social links, basic SEO so clients find you by name, and one year of hosting included.
Why does the fan platform start at $1,099?
That is the starting point for a members-only build with subscriptions and pay-per-view. Final quote depends on options added — we discuss the details with every client, because no two of these are the same.
Do I need a domain before I start?
No. If you already own one, we build on it. If you do not, we help you get the right one — ideally your name. Either way the domain is registered to you.
What if I do not have professional content yet?
Say so on the inquiry form. 360ISM Studios shoots in Richmond and can book you a session first — a site is only as strong as the images on it.
