360ism (“we,” “us”) operates the 360ism mobile app and publish.360ism.com. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you sign in, the app sends your email address (or username) and password to publish.360ism.com to confirm your account. The app then stores a sign-in token, your name, and your email on your device so you stay signed in. We also record which issues you download and the last page you read in each issue; this stays on your device.

What we don’t collect

The app does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or other apps. It contains no advertising and no advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

How content is delivered

Magazine files and video are delivered through bunny.net, a content delivery network, using time-limited links tied to your membership. bunny.net receives your device’s IP address to deliver the files, as any web server does.

Membership and payments

Membership is purchased and managed on publish.360ism.com, not in the app. Payment details are handled by our payment processor on the website and never pass through the app.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, which removes the token and any downloaded issues from your device. You can delete your account from inside the app (Account → Delete account) or by emailing info@360ism.com; deletion removes your account and membership records from publish.360ism.com.

Children

The app is intended for adults 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated and the new version posted at this address.
